Ahhhh...a Tech fan on an SEC fansite. No surprise you'd jump on a thread like this little Chester (that's Chester from the Bugs Bunny Chester & Spike cartoon).

So, is Yech going to provide us any semblance of competition when we meet for our annual prison-raping this coming season or is this just going to be another bloodbath? (Yawn), no offense, but this so-called rivalry is almost to the point of losing it's fun for UGA. I'm sure it lost its fun for you a long time ago.

How does one define "remained with the program"?

Not suspended from all program activities.

Well they reported in depth on two cases. In one the player was indeed let go.

In the other, the police believed the player due to lack of evidence from the accuser and the evidence matching what the player told them.

So if these are the two best stories they had to show what they claim, they've fallen short.

I assume one of those is RaRa's. He has been internally disciplined, but the police report in that one shows the female to be just as much, if not more at fault, than he was.

Gets really fun when you look into Alan Judd's history and see just how asshurt he's been about Kirby and UGA for well over 2-3 years now.

I'd be more concerned with the UGA physical assaults against Auburn.

Liked Richt, Kirby and his friends in state Gov made life for journalists much more difficult with the “90 days to respond to a FOIA request” bill. At least I think that’s where the initial issue started.

From there, the wreck with Dev and Chandler got him super worked up. Tragic as it was (and UGA should continue to own that - the continued speeding issues after the wreck warrant scrutiny IMO) I don’t know if it was the incident itself or the response he got to his initial reporting but something got him convinced Kirby is some criminal mastermind and now he’s out for blood.

Problem is the latest story is a weak attempt to connect dots that arent super connectable by characterizing a non-event (based on the full report, details of which aren’t covered in the AJC story) as some coverup on a Baylor scale.

I’m willing to follow him where he’s going if he can do so in a fact-based and compelling way but he has yet to really do that and it’s beginning to hurt his overall narrative.

Maybe he has morals and a conscience.

I doubt he has morals and a conscience. If he did, he'd feel guilty about printing a bunch of crap for no other reason but to try and smear the UGA name just because he's got his little cry-baby, pacifier-sucking feelings hurt.

I know he’s not your team’s coach so you probably don’t watch pressers. A lot of these dudes ask the same stupid questions week in and week out and then get mad when Kirby gets annoyed with their dumb arse questions. Kirby can be a little…condescending with them on occasion and by on occasion, I mean like all the time. They clearly have a disdain for each other. You can even hear them talking shite after Kirby leaves and the mics are still on sometimes.

Apparently the police report tells a very different story than the AJC

Raymond Lucas Jr and 247 about to get their dicks sued off along with AJC and Cox Media.

Jamaal was a 16 year old high school student at the time, the girl who admitted to all-night consensual sex acts was 20, so already guilty of statutory rape.

Jamaal never had charges dropped because he was never charged.

Jamaal is not "under investigation" as this 247 loser says.

Jamaal is the victim in all of this, and as a minor, never should have had his name released to the public, whether he was the victim or the perpetrator, consistent with Cox Media's long-standing editorial guidelines.

If I've ever seen a case to be made for defamation against media from a sports player, this is it. This is a slam dunk settlement for millions of dollars for Jamaal.

I think that’s the age of consent in Georgia so it’s not statutory rape unless she’s in a position of power over him. I think.

Do you think a nameless poster on the internet represents Auburn University?

He has the Auburn logo next to his name and his handle indicate=s that he is an Auburn fan, so yes. He is representing Auburn. You may not like him or agree with him, but he represents Auburn if he is, indeed an Auburn fan.
