Something tells me this thread didn’t go as OP intended.

Now imagine UGA goes even in turnover margin, avoids a safety and doesn't come out of the gate that slow against Texas. Not UGA playing perfect... just not playing horrible. I kind of think that sounds more like a UGA blowout than a Texas blowout.
No. I think it sounds like Texas wins a 2 possession game.

Now imagine UGA actually playing good
I see it being a close game in that case. I have yet to see a UGA game this year that impressed me. I’ve seen halves (2nd half or Clemson and Bama) but not a complete game. They’ve shown nothing this year for me to think they can blow Texas out.
That’s not me saying Texas is going to blow UGA out, it me saying that if a blowout was going to happen, I think Texas is the one doing it. Personally I see the game being a 1 possession game in Austin.

Can’t wait until you shite heads lose to OU like you always do then let’s see if you have that same mind set when you play UGA

We always play well after a loss to OU.

That game is Not gonna be a blowout. You can dream all you
Wanna but it's not happening. I say
That with the same confidence as you say Texas is more like to be
On top of a blowout. Yes, I've seen
Both teams play. Too much talent
On both sides IMO. High or low
Scoring affair, it'll be close

Good God I hate some of our fan base. No way in hell does any RATIONAL Texas fan think that they are gonna blow out Georgia. Just not gonna happen. Period. I don't give a shite what those morons think.
What needs to happen is worry about taking care of Oklahoma. Let's get through that game with a win first. Cause the RRS is not a given by any means. Anyone taking Oklahoma lightly is probably in for a ride awakening.

You kids are gettin too excited. OP is just calling his shot, not trying to hurt your presh feelings.
What if OP (or any of us) posted in July and said Texas will be ranked #1 by mid-September? Y'alls drawers would have really bunched up on that one.
Yes, Texas could route Georgia and blow all your wittle preconceived notions about how the world turns.
Could.

You are correct in that UGA hasn't played a complete game this year.
But you HAVE seen enough to know what it would look like if they did. What you have to remember is the second half against Bama wasn't UGA playing well. That was UGA playing average. The offense had explosive plays, but UGA also turned the ball over 2 times in the second half.
UGA playing well is the defense playing like it did the entire Clemson game or the second half against Bama and the offense either being in controlled stomp down mode like they were in the second half against Clemson or with the offense opened up but without the turnovers they had in the second half against Bama.
Will UGA be able to do that against Texas? Who knows. But we've seen enough to know they are CAPABLE of doing that if things go right. Maybe UGA doesn't ever put it together this year and finishes 9-3 and in a meaningless bowl game. But if UGA makes the playoffs and if Smart does have UGA playing near what they've shown they're capable of consistently rather than sporadically come playoff time... UGA is one of if not the best team that will be in the playoff.
One that won't get blown out even if they're slightly off their game and will blow out even other elite opponents if they're playing well and their opponent is slightly off.
Again, I do understand that UGA has only shown this in bursts this season. But this isn't uncommon for UGA early in the season in past years. And since UGA under Smart does usually seem to progress and become more consistent as the season goes on in past years, it's why we expect the same to happen this year.
