Theoretically yes… but it would be a PR disaster for both Ole Miss AND Florida AND Kiffin if it was announced prior to a OM playoff run.

I doubt it's announced until after the Miss St game if it happens but I doubt Ole Miss let's him coach the playoff.

Kiffin seems happy where he is and his son has a few years of high school left, I don’t see why he would move now when these jobs can be potentially open again when he’s ready to move on. He’s got plenty of years left to coach since he’s just 50 years old.

Thats how Bear Bryant left A&M for Bama. Had A&M at #1, then took the Bama job and left town before the end of the season.

Finebaum said on his show that someone notable in these spaces (coaching & agents) that these coaches that are looking to move are not as concerned with the playoffs as they are the other job.
