Dirty is too strong a word, but it was definitely unnecessary and should be a 15 yard penalty... the QB had already released the ball before the defender begins to throw his weight on top of him.
Dirty implies he was intentionally trying to injury Franklin... I don't think the defender was doing that.

I understand that DC Grantham went to Richt after the game on Saturday and said, "see? We get tough and take out their QB, but still lose the game. We're going back to playing soft and complacent defense next week!"....
true story....
true story....

Nah, that was Hansborough. He's just on the small side and gets roughed up quite a bit. See game last year when he was suplexed by Bama.
I'm talking about a play that happened in the 3rd quarter against Washington WR.

Questioning the hit doesnt make anyone a bitch or a pussy and all you mouthbreathers taken shots at mizzou fans for simply proposing the question are a bunch of hypocrites because if that happened to your starting QB after a 6-0 start you would be here questioning that hit or at least questioning it in your head. Calling Franklin a pussy is the height of ignorance as well.
I literally said none of that.

Franklin a baby-back bitch...what is that? like two years in a row that pussy cant take a hit.

I would normally side with Mizzou because ya'll are new and came from that Texas outhouse-of-shite conference but really, that was not a dirty take down. Mizzou has a good program and will make noise in the SEC. I just hope it isn't this kind if noise.

I didn't call him a pussy. I called him Glass Joe Franklin

Nothing like accusing someone of being an internet tough guy by using the same exact tactics.

Franklin is NOT the pussy......some of their fans and Gary, well, that's a different story.

Except the ball was already released, so the Georgia player should have stopped trying to tackle Franklin. The release happened right in front of the Georgia player. It's not like he couldn't see it.
