but LSU outgained Bama

That game was never in doubt. Alabama went up 14-0 early in the 2nd quarter and that was that. I don't know if you watch Alabama closely, but when the game feels in hand the offense goes into a shell and just strangles you to death.

SEC East is absolutely awful. Putrid.

Maybe, but you have to be excited about what Muschamp is doing at SC. If he can keep it up, you guys are going to be a blooming thorn in everybody's side again.

Ok. So? I am not getting your point? I mean, Alabama has not played two of the better teams from the West...Mississippi State and Auburn. We have at least played Mississippi State and are about to play Auburn.

The only decent team from the West we are missing is LSU, and we played Notre Dame, who is better than LSU.

NO!!!!

We are 14-2 out of conference! we just get beat by a much better SEC West, which happens to be the best division in CFB.

I can respect an opinion that the SEC East is garbage. But UGA does not play just the SEC East. UGA is one of the few teams going on the road against two power 5 out of conference opponents. UGA has already beaten two top 25 opponents, and has two more coming up on the schedule. Take the East out of it and look at the GD schedule. UGA has a very accomplished schedule and resume. Compare it to the other top 10 teams and it holds its own.

I feel like if it was any other team in any other conference claiming Notre Dame as a big win we would all be laughing and talking about how overrated ND is. Because, let's face it, who has ND beaten? USC is trash and overrated. NC State is crap. Michigan St. will get BTFO by OSU this weekend. Sorry but I'm not convinced the Irish are worthy of number 3, since we're talking about who beat whom.

Is Notre Dame worthy of top 25? Who gives a flip if they are number 3 or number 10 or number 15. They are a quality win.

People will bash BAMA about their schedule, but you didn't hear anyone from the BAMA camp pushing the opener like the media did!! For 2-3 months, the media blew so much smoke up everyone's arse about F$U, that you thought they were the greatest thing since sliced bread. Now they were definitely better in the opener than what they have shown since, season went to hell as soon as Francios went down. That shouldn't be a knock on BAMA though. Traditionally, their toughest games have come on the back end of the schedule and will happen once again with LSU, Miss State, and Auburn all being ranked. Will everyone call the schedule trash should BAMA get by those 3 and then play and possibly beat UGA? That is a loaded damn schedule on the back!!!

So the difference between no. 3 and no. 15 is negligible? I don't think so. Going to South Bend and winning was a good win but my point stands that ND is overrated and will be exposed. 'Member last time ND was highly touted? I 'member. Let them lose to Miami this week and see how quickly that win loses its luster.

Meh, the schedules are comparable really. Notre Dame is obviously the best win of the entire bunch but outside of that UGA's schedule nothing special.

I mean, unless Bama has a win over a top 5 team, the schedules are not comparable.

Resume' matters.

Notre Dame has the wins. All your bitching just makes you look like one of "those fans".

Stack up the quality wins and see where teams stand. UGA and Notre Dame have earned the rankings.

Not to mention, ND isn't exactly playing scrubs to be ranked where they are. They're destroying quality teams.

Are NDs wins quality? I'm just asking. Like I said every year people here shite on ND and say they're overrated. Georgia beats them by one point and suddenly they're ND of the 60s. Let one Bama poster brag about beating them in 2012 and the collective laugh would be deafening. ND, as always, is overrated.

Top 25 is quality. No?

They are a 1 loss team with quality wins on their schedule.

If you want to crow if/when they fall out of the top 25, then lay off your phone /laptop and sit patiently.

The fact that it bothers you right now tastes delicious.

Going for their 4th win over a ranked team, all 3 of them being blowouts... so, yeah.

Let's take a look at it. Michigan State is #12, NC State is #21 and they play Miami this week.

Tell me who Alabama has beaten that is better?

It doesn't bother me. I like Bama at 2. I don't carry on about schedules. You play who's on your schedule, beat then soundly and the respect will come. But this is a thread about strength of schedule. While we poop on Bamas schedule and laud Georgia for theirs, we act like ND is an unstoppable force. All I'm saying is that I haven't seen them beat anybody amazing. The one truly good team they played they lost to. I'm sorry, NC state and MSU doesn't impress me. And again, for a place that consistently shits on ND everyone sure seems to love them this year.

Miamis is ranked #7. IF they beat ND this week, I don't think they will be tarnished too severely for losing to #1 and #7. not to mention if they do lose to Miami, Miami will significantly move up in the rankings.

Again, we're all caught up with numbers. Have you watched either of those teams play? They suck. Half the teams in the SEC would smoke both of those teams. What ever happened to watching games and judging teams on their play? Why do we always resort to this transitive properly bullshite?
