Ok. Who has Alabama played that is amazing. Again, you seem to like to put words in people's mouths. Nobody said Georgia's schedule was amazing. We said it is tougher than Alabama's. Now, if you disagree with that, ok. but use something tangible and quite saying it isn't tough because YOU don't believe ND is as good as people are saying. Even if they are not, they are better than LSU, which has been your toughest game to date.

Firstly you didn't read what I wrote even though you copied and pasted it. I wasn't talking about Georgia. I was talking about ND. It says right there in what you quoted. For the record, Georgia is really good, maybe better than Bama this year. Know how I know? I watched them play. I don't think they're good because they beat ND. Nothing about Bamas schedule impress me or anyone else. I just don't think hanging your hat on beating ND by one point is a recipe for success.
Full disclosure, if Georgia played ND again they'd win by three touchdowns.

I am not prepared to say anything close to that. Alabama has the last 4 (actually 7 or 8, but past 4 the guys are gone) #1 recruiting classes. That gives them talent, depth and experience. Three MAJOR advantages over Georgia. We are closing the gap, but it doesn't get closed in 1 or 2 years.

That's fair enough. And don't get me wrong. We really won't know until we face each other in Atlanta. I mean, a bad team can make a good team look invincible, and you never really know how good a team is until you look at the full body of work. MState LOOKS good, but are they really? We will find out a little bit more this weekend.

Fair enough. And yes I am saying Georgia's schedule isn't as great as it sounds when you look at ND objectively and see they're overrated. Doesn't mean Georgia isn't good. In fact, it illustrates my point. Beating a particular team with a particular number in front of their name doesn't make you good. Being a good team makes you good. Georgia is a very good team. Notre Dame is overrated and will be exposed before season's end. Georgia will still go to Atlanta number 1.

I can agree with that. Rankings are only a reference point until the end of the season. (Not sure we will be #1 until Atlanta, though) is suspect with Mississippi State and Auburn you will move ahead of us.
Not sure ND will be exposed, either, unless Miami does it. ND just doesn't have much left on their schedule. If they beat Miami, and I think they will, I think they win out and go to the playoffs.

You know, I was real happy to have Georgia back on top because I actually think a lot of their fans and I thought it would be fun to have some actual discourse with some good fans. Evidently all I'm gonna get is 'you mad?' and the like.
This is a discussion board. We're discussing strength of schedule. I'm not bothered by any of it. It's discourse. Georgia is a great team and I look forward to Bama playing them in Atlanta.

ND is overrated a.f. The entire East is a shite show. Their other marquee win is beating State at home. An unranked USC team played as tough as LSU, a superiorly talented team, played Bama.
Georgia has no better resume than Bama
