I'm sorry UGA denied your application and you had to settle for Southern and are now permanently butt-hurt. It happens bro. NO shame in that Ga. So Diploma.

Agreed I hope one day you have to stop asking "Would you like fries with that" and land a job where you can be successful.

Uh... I know we lost a bunch of people, and Whitson is out for the season, but 8 is a bit low for UF...

I think its too early to tell how about that.
Several sweeps, Ole Miss swept a ranked opponent so they have the edge right now but its baseball. We could lose mid week and fall to somewhere like 7-10.

jeeesus, guys... it's baseball. Have any of you watched before?... the astros suck, but they still win 40 games a year. You run into a pitcher who's on, and it doesn't matter how good the other 24 guys on the roster are... same goes if your starting pitcher is off.
no shame in winning 2 of 3 games... some are just flaming to flame.

Based on the first weekend, I'd say...
1. Ole Miss
2. LSU
3. Miss State
4. Kentucky
5. Vanderbilt
6. Arkansas
7. South Carolina
8. Florida
9. Auburn
10. Alabama
11. Texas A&M
12. Tennessee
13. Missouri
14. Georgia
10 or 11 teams in the NCAA tournament seems likely.

I now see why UGA has been avoiding playing Southern for all these years now.
Before this year, UGA was 45-27 vs. GSU

Hey dumbfrick, you may want to take a look at TN's real record.

But how can the nation's best team be the 5th best in the conference? It just doesn't make sense.
It's a power ranking, numbnuts. Those typically are of the "who has done the most lately" variety.
We just swept a top-15 team at home. I don't think we're the best team in the SEC by a long shot, but based off of one weekend, we've been the most impressive.

Western Illinois must be ranked number 2 then.

they are a mid-major and only won 16 games last year, but they are a "solid" baseball team? right.
