It will be way easier and cheaper to find a club just over the state line. Very very difficult to find land to lease in the St. Francisville area and in my honest opinion its way over priced. The hunting there is still pretty good but I dont find it nearly worth the $45-$65 per acre a lot of the land owners are asking.
Also check out the clubs around Lettsworth/Bachelor. Ole Miss and Raccourci island usually have an opening or two. Good deer herds but flooding can be an issue.

There's this thing called DNA.
These all star teams are nothing but travel ball teams now days that sign up for little league and play the bare minimum of games to qualify for all stars. Rosters are pretty much set before the season even begins.
Seekins PH3 in .308 or 300 mag for those distances. I have one in 7mm prc and its a sweet gun.

This is taught by their coach. This catcher along with previous catchers on that team have done it numerous times.
Got caught vaping in bathroom and on campus numerous times.
Yes, their ace pitcher was kicked off the team a few weeks ago. She was a stud and probably top 10 pitcher in the state.
By rule the umpire made the right call. Cant step out of the box. Using common sense would tell the umpire it wasnt by accident. It isn't the catchers first time to do this to someone and it wasn't even the first time in that game alone. Pine Prarie is a good team. The catcher is good. If she had missed the girls head the ball was going over the fence. She would never miss a pick off that badly.

Anyone see the article or stats from this game last night? Southwood wins 54-45.I know softball isnt big at either school but this was unreal. 62 HBP in the game, Hunnington scores 45 runs on just 5 hits. Southwood pitcher throws 296 pitches in a 7 inning game.
.22 caliber Benjamin pumped 8 times has been known to kill quite a few squirrels.

I went. Walking in just before daylight to where i wanted to set up i hear wings beating in a tree so I short stopped going to where i wanted to. Just as sun is coming up I see 2 birds about 70 yards off on a tree limb and another one in a separate tree. Once sun rises i realize its fricking buzzards :rolleyes:. Of course at 7:20 my phone dings and theres a mature gobbler in the bean field where I planned to set up originally.

Wow, Devin Lavalais from Marksville as the #38 player in louisiana seems like a huge stretch. Solid player but that seems awfully high.

Its a really good gun for the price point. Sure there are nicer, smoother and fancier guns on the market but for a sub $700 gun you cant really complain and at the end of the day they are accurate and dependable which is what matters.

Look, the kid is a solid player on a pretty bad team. He’s no where near D1 level. He could possibly play at Louisiana college but he isn’t going D1.
We shoot 5 year minimum. Doesn’t matter how many points or what the score is. We also shoot lots of does so it still gives kids the opportunity to pull the trigger throughout the year and not get too bored.
That ship sailed Sunday night. He was offered he decided not to take it. Move on.
