Perhaps he won over the team with his actions here? There's a lot of rushing to judgement here. That Shrader's mouth wrote a check that his arse couldn't cash is the more likely issue here.

If the allegations are true I think “freshman being freshman” won’t quite cover it. I would assume he would transfer.

Considering the DJ ran a three day old article as "news" from a beat writer who clearly knows nothing about the beat he's covering, he's right. Nobody should ever cite the DJ again.
As for Ole Miss leanings, are you denying this? When was the last time Parrish Alford wrote anything that gushed all over MSU?

Nope. He didn't start the fight. He was hit by Gay in a non contact practice... and late. So Shader told him great hit and tackle, but it would have been a penalty because it was a late hit.

Gay didn't take that well, and the 2 went after it all practice. After practice, Gay engaged him and Shrader didnt back down. Things got heated and Gay snapped.
Now your starting QB is out.
And the same site that started the whole Moorhead is gone and new contracts signed with a new coach is pushing a very untrue story. And if that reaches national media this time...... I feel sorry for the whole team and actual fans because all hell will fall on a Mississippi school
