It’s quiet in here. Assume we won’t know any injury updates until Wednesday night?

I find it humorous that the powers that be didn’t want stickied threads to drive engagement and now there’s four at the top and no engagement

He just didn't want the 1 full season thread. I decided to sticky the two recruiting threads because they seemed relevant.
As for this thread not getting any traction, I think it's because Vanderbilt is back to being Vanderbilt.

So they’re going to play us much closer than we should allow, and they potentially beat us?

We'll need a break up in the end zone by one of our feeble DBs as time expires to preserve a five-point win in front of 31K.

I’ll feel a lot better if Jared Curtis is still out. He makes freshman mistakes but also makes instance throws and could definitely beat us. Berlowitz is a transfer from NMSU and not as good as pavia

Vandy hasn't kept it close since their win in 2018 when we had a dogshit team under Luke.

Fun fact: For the first 19 games against Vanderbilt, Ole Miss scored a total of 16 points combined.
Vanderbilt scored 566 points against us over the same 19 games.
In 1915, they beat us 91-0.
Our first win came against them in 1939 (Game #20). We won 14-7.

I’m not going to “I told you so” LSU fans because there “I not told you so”. He was solid for us last year. Maybe he gave up and run blocking here as well and I just didn’t notice… But I would have absolutely loved to have him on the field with Alexander.
You have to wonder if this is a byproduct of Lane giving him a prima donna mentality after publicly sucking him off so many times. He definitely did it to the media here and probably talked him up as being a superstar and paid him accordingly so that he would follow Lane.

Winston Watkins will transfer to the highest bidder every time. He may go to Ohio State next year for all we know. He's definitely in it for the money and he's not going to risk injury to make a play. He's a true mercenary.

I'll be in Murfreesboro Thursday and Friday. Thought about going to the game but it's going to be pouring rain all this weekend in Nashville.

It being a rainy game means it could turn into who gets the most turnovers..
