I will add Cafe 123 in Opelika for nice sit downs, it has possibly the best food around the area.
When i was in school at Auburn, Good Ol Boys was the best steak around, Ive heard they have gone down a bit but still good.

Waysider for breakfast
Nicks in the Sticks for dinner. They open at 5, if you're not there waiting when they open the door don't bother going unless you like waiting.
Archibald's like the other folks said for lunch. Mr. Bill's if it's during the week, they walk all over City Cafe for food quality.

Yep. Take your kid to world-famous Dreamland and take his picture outside, get back in your car and take him to Archibalds to eat

Can't believe I forgot City Cafe. Great food, great price. Only open for breakfast and lunch, and again, get there early.
