joined the ACC.

It's paid off for them time and time again.

So a little justice was done to them today. Not much considering they would not have survived the first round anyway, but it's something.

Now FSU and the ACC see exactly what the rest of the college football world think of them:

not much.

The ACC Commish was the main obstacle inhibiting an earlier expansion of the CFPs. He said it wasn't needed at the time and needed more consideration, given the unknowns of realignment and its effects on players.

And, he we are.

5-10 years ago, FSU scheduled LSU & Florida, on top of Clemson, thinking they would be playing 3 BCS/CFP National Champions.

Who knew they would me mostly dog sh*t this year?

Don't forget Kentucky did SEC a huge favor by beating Louisville which made FSU-Louisville game a washup game for FSU and the rest of the conference. Next year is going to be interesting with the new 12 team playoff format.

Is that really a "best" win. It's a win I guess.

Not only is LSU, the third place team in the SEC west, Florida State’s best win; the Louisville team they struggled with this weekend in the ACC championship lost to Kentucky, the fourth best team in the east, last week.

The committee obviously took note of this.

Eventually, you have bad luck in CFB. FSU got incredibly lucky in 93 when they got to play Nebraska over ND and again in 2000 when they got to play OU over Miami. You win some, you lose some.

True, but that's just been par for the course, year after year after year after ....

It doesn't always mean Kentucky beats Louisville, but it does mean that the SEC has always been a LOT better than the SEC.

It's just the way it is.

Hey Texas - welcome to the SEC..while you are here- learn our history - UF plays FSU every year, by Florida Statutes

So

Is only accurate about LSU- UF and Clemson are always on their schedule

Same as Liberty's best loss.

And it means about the same. The ACC is better than CUSA, so FSU gets the Orange Bowl and Liberty doesn't. Good for them. Other than that, undefeated doesn't mean as much in the ACC as one loss does in the SEC. Never has, and it shouldn't.
