Yeah. I’m sure he probably gets the same bonus to get beat in a NY6 as he would get being curb stomped in a semifinal.

Ask an honest Michigan fan who they wanted to see at number 4. FSU - guaranteed. Point made.

The concluding statements made by FSU's AD tells the truth.....

"For many of us, today's decision by the committee has forever damaged the credibility of the College Football Playoff. And saddest of all, it was self-inflicted. They chose predictive competitiveness over proven performance; subjectivity over fact. They have become a committee of prognosticators. They have abandoned their responsibility by discarding their purpose -- to evaluate performance on the field.......the committee failed college football today."

Well, they did go 2-0 against the SEC. Meanwhile, Alabama got its arse kicked at home against its lone conference opponent of note.

If an AD did not raise hell, his fanbase would run him out of town. The expanded playoffs make this moot after this year. Still I am sure FSU feels completely screwed over.

What does he mean by BCS era? There are examples (auburn) of undefeated PF champs not playing in the finals.

That shite conference had a winning record against the SEC this season.

Undefeated FSU vs. one loss Bama or Texas.

I can see them doing that.

Tweets like this always come back to bite you.

Florida State could be in Bama’s shoes next year and this pissy AD is going to have to take the opposite position.

Delusional. ACC was 6-4 against the all mighty SEC this year.

4 of those wins came against teams with losing records in conference play.

So congrats on the ACC beating the same teams everyone else did I guess?

Unless you're hanging a hat on beating LSU... like that's hard to do.

$200,000 for a New Year's Six bowl appearance, $250,000 for a first-round College Football Playoff appearance and $950,000 for winning the national championship.

But that was against LSU and Florida, not Georgia and Bama.

Will they make national championship rings like UCF?

Might as well. That's how valid this "playoff" is.

I doubt it. From here on out everybody and their little sister is getting into the playoffs now.
