You would hope the highest paid Athletic Director in the SEC wouldn’t follow the whims of a buncha dumbass rednecks but here we are.

He interviewed Coastal Carolina’s coach and then hired Elander. Absolutely baffling that you’d dedicate 9 figures to renovations only to hire an assistant

Would love to finish 3-27 so Danny can get fired at seasons end along with Elander

Y’all better hope DW is better at pulling coaches than Elander is at pulling pitchers.

Go back and look at Tre Phelps’ catch for the second out of the 9th in Starkville last night. That was better IMO.

That appeared to be exactly what he did if I remember correctly.

I don’t get even testing Helfrick there when he’s literally hit everything he’s seen on the button. Unfortunately we pay hard for that decision.

Yeah that was nuts. Out of nowhere to catch it and then get up and fire a strike to the plate.

In foul territory with his body twisted six different ways. Incredible.

This team has no clutch factor

RISP all night and not one clutch hit. Home field advantage in front of huge crowd and we are just folding

Embarrassing

Kinda surprised we didn't challenge that play at 2nd. Looked like he beat the tag to me.

A great compliment to his women’s hoops coach that barely finished above .500 with one of the most expensive rosters in the sport

Not a popular take but I suspect that losing Anderson was just as impactful as losing Vitello.
