Call me crazy, but tonight was a positive sign. Holcombe and Hunt have stuff and could be very good. Crazy that our bats went cold when we finally got some pitching, but that’s baseball. Dougherty was very good at locating away against our left handers. The zone was wide, but we failed to adjust. If we can get to 5-10 leaving this weekend, maybe we can get rolling. I see signs.

Not the bullpen’s fault. An error followed by a should be error on a pop fly overrun by 10 feet led to 4 runs
