But I think you’re kidding yourself if you think they weren’t happy about it. 3 innings is barely anything and outside of the 2 HRs Skenes had 8 strikeouts and looked very good. That ace matchup was far from decided
That is absolutely a fair take. We certainly were not upset. Our ace probably was a tad bit upset he didnt get to finish his game. I still have no clue why Johnson threw the arms he did only down 2 runs. Based on the reaction from that game it seemed yall threw the bottom of your pen and I don't understand that

I’m thinking after Shores went down (probably for the year), Johnson just decided that he needed to save arms for the rest of the series

So we even series with SC and lost first game. Floyd started game we won. Makes no sense! We haven’t lost series all year up to date so speak shite if you want.

Shores and Edwards were super bad loses. If we can get Coleman back it will ease the loses. We went from deep to OMG quick!

Thankfully Ack is coming back but we really can’t afford any more injuries. It’s getting to ridiculous territory now

Neither has SC... again both teams can and should feel like game 3 would go to them, but LSU/UF/Vandy/SC are not far apart. Maybe UK if they can win tomrrow
