Starting today, he would need to go 0 for his next 72 AB for his OPS to dip below 1.000

If he keeps up even half of this production against the best conference in college baseball, just go ahead and retire his number last game of the Florida series in May.

BTW, where are your softball threads? I would be a regular contributor to them. SEC is stacked as hell in softball.

I can start them but probably wouldn’t be able to update much

Without a doubt what Condon is doing so far this season is remarkable. Before breaking out the record books and giving him the golden spikes, let us see what he does during SEC play.

Holy crap how did I not know Van Horn played at Arkansas. He really has been there a long time.

Really? I thought everyone knew DVH played at Arkansas.

DeBriyn retired and DVH came home from Nebraska to be just the 11th head coach of Razorback Baseball.

I’m aware, just enjoying the ride he hit at least 1 HR in every SEC series last season as a redshirt freshman so odds are good that he’s not simply going to drop off in the face of stiffer competition. Dude can play and play well

When did he ever call for any of that?

And FYI, he’s already in the record books. Most HR by a freshman in SEC history.

It is nearly impossible to post scores as the games are going on with secsports.com changing the format. Mostly everyone chimes in with score updates on the games they are watching. It gets a little easier in SEC play when there is half as many games.

Start a weekend series thread.

You can go to the weekly release and copy and past the schedule, but it comes out on Tues/Wed so you have to check to see if there are any time changes.

Just go to the softball page, then more, then media, then weekly release.

You did a better job with the baseball threads than I do when you took it over a couple of years ago.

considering the competition

1) 10 of the 14 teams in the SEC have SOS over 100, so stop it.

2) We know piggy has #1 SOS, nice flex on the rest of the conference.

Nobody is taking a shite on aTm.

It was stated that this may be the best aTm team they’ve had. It’s 100% reasonable to tell someone to chill on that thought going by who has been played so far.

Getting defensive about my comment is pretty unreasonable.

LSU, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, and Vanderbilt have all had weekends of tough OOC competition. Not so much with aTm. Nobody is saying aTm sucks, but the verdict is still out on the Aggies.

it really bothers me that the SEC Network is not carrying 2-3 SEC baseball games a day Fri-Sundays on baseball season weekends.

Absolutely agree. How about utilize those alternate channel and put a Bases Loaded type product that rotates through all the games? I’m sure that’s too much to ask.
