I’ll admit, I’m just burnt out at this point. Only reason I’m still following is in hopes we can get this squad some postseason experience as next year we should be in hosting contention again. Otherwise, ready to move on (even if we make the tournament, we aren’t equipped at this point to do a whole lot)
In the same boat with Alabama. Without Prielipp/Jean we have no shot to beat really good teams and certainly no shot to win multiple games with other good teams.
I just want to sneak in so all our youth can play in Hoover and the NCAAT and be ready for next year when the 2 starters are back.

Race for the SEC Title
Arkansas
Tennessee
Co-leaders who are grouped because they play each other this weekend. The team that wins 2 of 3 is certainly in good shape, although both teams have decent opponents next week in Florida and South Carolina, respectively.
Vanderbilt
Vanderbilt sits a half game back of the leaders because of last week's rainout. With a sweep of Ole Miss, Commodores could be the favorite to win the SEC with Kentucky on the schedule to end the season. All of the contenders would like to see Ole Miss take at least one, if not two from Vanderbilt this weekend.
Mississippi State
The contender with the easiest schedule to end the season, although Mizzou gave MSU a scare last night. If State is able to sweep Missouri, they could find themselves in first place going into the final weekend against Alabama. However, they lose head to head tiebreakers to all contenders, so to get the No. 1 seed in Hoover they have to be a game ahead.
Florida
Florida sits two games back of the lead, but with Georgia this week and Arkansas next week, they have a opportunity to win the SEC. A sweep of UGA would allow Florida to likely pick up a game on the leaders and then have a chance to control their own destiny against Arkansas. UF loses tiebreaker to Tennessee, so best scenario for Gators is sweep of UGA, State dropping a game to Mizzou, Arkansas 2 of 3 against UT and Ole Miss win one against Vanderbilt.

Saw someone post that head to head doesn’t factor into SEC title in baseball, just record? Personally I don’t think it should be that way, but is that correct?

Yes there are no tiebreakers other than for seeding in the conference tourney.

Watching your series with Vandy and Arkansas you guys look like a top 5 team. There is talent on your team for sure.
It felt like they rolled out about 100 lefty pitchers against us

It literally says for the No. 1 seed. But, if we finish with the best record, even if its tied, we will be considered SEC Champions and get a trophy and everything.

H2H doesn't matter for regular season titles, only tournament seedings. It works the same way in basketball. For instance, in 2009 LSU and Ole Miss were co-champs for the regular season title even though LSU won the regular season series. In 2011, Florida, USC, and Vandy all shared the regular season title even though USC won the series over both Vandy and Florida.

Good use of that gif, but I'm sure your coaching staff has already scouted our team well enough and is aware of that

...Gamecock fans waiting on the ball club to hit somewhat close to its potential for 9 innings in any one league game this season.

How about the Mizzou-Florida softball game? Wow! It is turning out to be a very good game so far! Mizzou up 6-5 bottom of the 7th.
