Auburn could've have a double bye and we could've played the '85 Bears last weekend, and it still wouldn't make a shite.

Auburn complained to the SEC about playing UGA and Alabama in back to back weeks got the sec to move the game on the schedule.

Now UGA plays Alabama and auburn back to back. Explain that to me. Or playing back to back road games in 2011/2012

They also self-imposed sanctions on themselves in the form of John Cohen. So, call it even.

No need to lie. This isn't what happened at all.

Actually, I think that is exactly what happened.

9uburn whines. Is what it is.

And it hasn't helped them.

First they complained enough about having to play on the road at Georgia and Alabama in back to back weeks every other year, so the SEC finally changed that. Then they complained enough about having Georgia and Alabama in back to back weeks period, and the SEC finally gave in.

Auburn hasn't beat either one since lol.

I appreciate the sentiment.

An Auburn fan literally said that last week about the game in Tuscaloosa.

It felt more appropriate in that context.

Nope

SEC fricked up the schedules during the first expansion, causing UGA to play at Auburn twice. It also caused our schedule to have Alabama and UGA both at home or both away in the same years, instead of alternating. Which greatly screwed up the overall game distributions in even and odd years. We asked them to fix that on the schedule to get it to where they were both alternating, even offering to play at UGA twice in a row to return the favor they were forced to do.

SEC said it wasn't possible to do. This was their solution to get the schedule so that the end of the season isn't all home games or all away games every other year and to better distribute it. Blame the SEC.

This is exactly what it was. Jordan-Hare basically sat empty in November on even years with the exception of a cupcake game here and there.
