He was causing problems for TCU. It was very impressive.

Yea, he was a nice looking player. Never heard of him before though.

I remember him saving a TD when he caught Catalong(sp?) right before he busted the seam.

I didn't know he was Jared Allen's younger brother. If he brings that kind of intensity then buckle your seat belt

Jerald Hawkins will be a higher draft pick than La'El will be

He has the potential to be a number 1 overall pick. 6'6 with long reach, athleticism, and very low body fat for a linemen. He's a freak and pound for pound the most athletic person on the team.

A year ago he didn't even know how to get in a proper stance, nor any of his assignments. Coaches did a great job getting him ready this early on.

Tread well won the weekend as the most impressive. Lots of other great players on other teams too.

Monty Adams is our best DL and he's a true freshman.

Jordan Allan (missed most of last year with ACL) looked really good.

Overlooked because he's an O-lineman. But, Denver Kirkland played well when he was in the game.

TBH, I didn't pay much attention to freshmen in other games so can't say for anyone but Arkansas.

For us, AC3 definitely, followed closely by Hunter Henry. Henry had one drop and fumbled or it would have been 1A and 1B. He still had a good game for a freshman TE.

Collins sure makes not getting Tenpenny a non-issue, although he would have given us a little more depth at TB.
