He should be under the Exceptional list. Not a finer person shows up in the OP than Mr Cam "Philanthropist" Newton.

Manziel does seem an arse but he would probably be a lot of fun for a night of serious drinking.

Steve Spurrier is another one who should rank high on both the good guy and a-hole lists.

RIP Snake.

Add Matt Mauck and Marcus Randall to good list.

Leak's father was/is a huge douchebag as well

Ryan Tannehill (counting him as a QB)

Didn't play in the SEC, and I have never read anything bad about him.

Yeah, from seeing him on Hard Knocks, he seemed like kind of a goober but a good guy

I'm only 28 so I don't remember watching him play much - but he does seem like a good guy in the booth.

being from Louisiana, you should know that Wuerffel is one of the more charitable and good guys in football. he started working at a non-profit after Katrina. Basically his entire career after football has been charity work. He's also very religious, and not the Hugh Freeze kind

Spurrier was just a troll when he's talking in the media, but from everything I've read he's a nice as can be off the field.

Aaron Murray was riding the douche-canoe hard.

Heard he had a celebration after he fricked his 100th girl.

Brodie Croyle works at Big Oak Ranch founded by his dad. It's a home for abused and troubled kids. He's firmly in the good dude category.

David Greene and DJ Shockley are great guys from everything I’ve heard and every interaction I’ve had with them.

Murray is a nice guy with a douche streak

Stafford was a well known collosal douchebag in college but maybe fatherhood and living in detroit for so long has softened him a bit

Daniel Cobb was rumored to be an a-hole, but then joined tRant and seemed like a cool dude. He even offered to meet NorthGwinnettTiger to talk about his prior football days.

True story.

Reggie Slack from AU in the 80s was as good a guy as one could ever ask to hang out with. Spent many a days on the rec center hoops court competing with the dude.

more recently yes. One of my buddies works with Ethan Flatt and says he's a great guy. Never heard anything bad about Eli Manning. Barry Brunetti went to my high school (a bit younger than me) and I've never heard anyone say anything bad about him as a person. Wallace and Kelly are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head you could comfortably say were/are douchebags but they were known douchebags before they got there, which is why they both ended up ed EMCC

What have you got against Brodie? He runs a Christian home and school founded by his father for children from troubled and abusive families.
