She has a point if it is something that was pushed on him by a coach like she said. Also if it was prescribed by team doctors if he really didn’t need it. All the other BS in that article makes her hard to believe though.

If it wasn’t ultimately a Black Separatist screed I might actually care.

His mom didn't send him there. He got a free ride from Saban (and some ADHD medicine to help him study).

Our pediatrician had my oldest son on Vyvance for a while. We took him off of it because it just didn’t work well for him and we switched him to something else and eventually got him off meds entirely. But it’s not like any doctor prescribing this drug is outside the norm for ADHD or the like. And this drug isn’t like being addicted to fricking oxy or vicadin. You can get off of it slowly without terrible side effects or withdrawals.

The irony is that schools like UA intentionally keep their admission standards lower so that they will be able to maintain an acceptable level of "diversity." Southern public schools like UA, in medium size population states with a high percentage of Black people and very few Asians, are under intense pressure to promote "diversity."

Non Southern schools like Cal and Harvard, or Southern schools jn big states, like UGA and UF, in states with a higher number of Asians, on the other hand, are able to keep their admission standards very high and take only the smartest non Whites and not face criticism.

Here is the reality. Even upper income Blacks have a lower average SAT than lower income Whites. See this Black academic journal for proof: LINK

I'd love to jump on Bama but this is an issue that's not isolated to UAT. This issue, unforunately, is all throughout college athletics.

The ADHD medicine issue is big for all college students. The pressure in college is high and the medicine doctors gravitate to those areas and prescribe it pretty freely. If you have a kid going to college, keep that in mind and have that talk with them ahead of time. Very good posts thanks for sharing

oooooo, someone called me a Wacist!

Whatever dude. I posted what I did in response to the stupidity of the mom and her anti White agenda. I WANT Blacks to keep attending UA fool. But I don't like it when UA is criticized by Blacks or anyone when it is doing all it can to admit Blacks and make them feel welcome.

Just because the MOM didn't catch her son using drugs & booze in HS , doesn't mean he was "healthy & drug free"

Amazed how many parents don't know shyt about their little bundles of joy after they pass the age of 14 or so
