I guess you are not familiar with HEPA laws? As a parent of a child over 18, we are not allowed access to our child's medical records without their consent.
So either of my kids can obtain any medication they want and I wouldn't know anything about it! Of course I would know because I would have to pay for it!

I had to google Vyvanse. I’m under the general impression that college kids routinely abuse ADHD drugs. Doesn’t sound like a situation unique to Alabama.
