Florida's new QB

Saw he has a 195 passer rating. I know they played FAU, then Campbell who is a bottom decile FCS team going 2-10 most years.. but I haven't even seen average QB play in Florida since 2020.
Is he legit or not?

We will see I guess. First road game ever for him I think. He didn't play too bad when he had to play some in 2024 against Miami and some other team.

Auburn isnt about to let Baugh just run wild on them though if we don't show we can burn them in other ways.

We will see how he does against an SEC defense. He had little pressure to deal with against FAU and Campbell. Although I’m sure they’ll have a slightly different playbook this week. We’ll see.

Its not JHS but Philo played a lot @ Lane Stadium vs VT due to injury.

Campbell is one of the top FCS teams this year. Although that really isn't saying anything as it related to Florida.

He has the physical tools, running back, and offensive coordinator.
The question is the offensive line.
If they can protect him, then Florida's offense is a problem.

I'm biased. I watched a bunch of his high school games and saw him win championships. This is his third year in Faulkner's system.
Faulkner was part of several championships as both a player and coach at VSU.

He has a lot of experience in the offense just not in actual games. Hes made some impressive plays this year from what I’ve seen but who knows once it’s an actual SEC opponent with the pressure on.

Baugh is a man among boys but I’ll be damned if JHS Isn’t the most voodoo ridden stadium in the league, I think most will agree.
Odd too. Kinda wish it was Tiger Stadium but JHS is #justDifferent. same mascot so I guess I get it.

Not over the last 3 or 4 years. I don’t think Auburn won a single sec game at home last season.
We all get to see what UF and Auburn are this weekend. Auburn has played a P5 team and got torched by a one legged DJ Lagway for over 300 yards. But they pulled out a win in a one score game for the first time in years. Nevermind they would have lost had DJ thrown it to his WR to the outside his momentum would have taken him into the end zone. But… no… he threw it to the inside making the WR turn back around to catch the ball then try and turn back around which gave the defender time to stop him. That is a game they 100% lose last year. Yet they found a way to win. Nothing was learned last week vs Southern Miss. Likewise nothings really been learned vs either of Floridas wins. I mean Jackson Arnold (lol) looked like a rockstar last year against high school teams.
Florida hasn’t faced a defense 1/100th as good as Auburns. Auburns DBs are the weak link though.
To whoever said just feed it to the RB and let him eat… ole boy will be going on a diet if you just try to run the ball. UF will have to stress the DBs to remotely give that RB a chance to run crazy.
We will see what both teams are made of in a couple days.
Either way I’m glad Auburn got Golesh. I wanted no part in the former Troy coach being Auburns coach.

So, if you were coming out of high school right now and didn’t receive a scholarship offer from UGA, you’d turn down a full ride and the NIL money from another school? Okay. Sure.

Unfortunately it doesn't matter. Our OT's are booty cheeks and will have a heck of a time keeping him upright in SEC play. Our best OL is our center, and he can't snap well. Buster needs to be a genius to work around that.

Next Saturday, he will look like the 2nd coming of Tom Brady. I can feel it in my bones.
