And some of us live in South Florida and have followed the rivalry for more than 50 years. You've played Miami 5 times in the regular season since 1987. 5 times in 32 years. You didn't play them in the regular season for 15 years and didn't play them at all in the 90's. Between 2008 and 2019 - you only played one time (2013) in an 11 year span. Let's not say there isn't some truth to your reluctance to schedule Miami since they became a national power in the 80's.

We have a bunch of pimple faced haters who don't know shite about football. We already play the clown college home and home and lose a home game playing in Jax every year. Dumb butts don't understand the $$$ we need to float the battleship, 7 conf games, every other year we only play 3 SEC games at home, then a neutral site every year, plus clown college...that's 9 games right there. Bigger schools don't want to play us in the Swamp without return visit and then we lose another home game.
Cannot play the univ of new jawsey home and home every year and make $$$. Some of you are just plain garden variety haters and none of you buttskis ever took economics.

I like how we're expected to do something no other SEC program does. Haters gonna hate.

Utah actually a pretty good game definitely winnable and loseable. Also can't really knock a power 5 team in occ.

So you’re saying we have to schedule them every year? We are playing them more now that more teams are playing two power 5 OOC games. Tell me who was doing that before 2008, and what advantages would we have gained from doing so? There is more too it than not wanting to play. Now go play in the street grandpa.

And with the way the schedule is setting up will do it quite a bit more over the next decade. Not seeing a whole lot of other schools scheduling 2 P5 schools OOC on any sort of regular basis.
Georgia and South Carolina..

Why do LSU fans keep bringing up the fact that we went to your place short handed and beat you guys fair and square? Oh we also beat you last year as well.

I’ve always wanted a Clemson home and away. Clemson and Florida haven’t played each other since 1961.

Some LSU fans still butthurt over 16-10. Baseball natty and 2 of 3 losses in football

I get CUM was at Utah but seems a game with Washington State made more sense.
Gators are expected around pirates.

So, UF should've been playing a SEC sked + 2 in-state powerhouses in FSU and Miami.
Make it make sense.
Those 2 have fallen off but who else in the SEC was playing a tougher sked than UF the last 30+ years? Y'all can't say sh*t about UF schedule.

Exactly, it's pretty much the SEC East schools with a permanent OOC rival. Everyone else is scheduling one per year.

That’s a crazy stat made somewhat understandable by factoring in Miami/ Fl State. It kind of sucks for Gator fans to not get that experience.
The SECR will not tolerate this kind of sanity.

Florida yearly plays FSU OOC...one of the best programs in the country for the last 30 years. The fact that we are adding more to that is great but most of you cant talk. Schedule one great or good game a year and think UF should schedule two just to satisfy yourself.
