The Florida AD is an idiot. He should have made sure he has the right hire lined up. Now every coach sees how they (UF) treat their coaches and find ways not to pay them. No significant coach is going to agree to be the next HC at UF.

His teams couldn't compete against equally talented teams, his defensive recruiting was hilariously bad, and he's an arrogant jerk. They may have made the sec championship his first two years, but he wasn't sniffing that title game again with the downward trajectory of the defense.
