Sounds like the SECcan review/reverse. I think it was a bit late, but out of that it is not electable to the rule.
You can't expect him not to stop and I think it's as clean a hit as you can get, form wise. It was a hit deli peered by the shoulder.

I agree that it was a late hit on a defenseless player. But if this is what they're (refs) going to eject players for, we (LSU) need to watch our asses on defense. I have a bad feeling this is going to cause a lot of problems this year for the entire SEC landscape.

Refs are probably just trigger happy becuase its the beginning of the year. Hope thats the case anyway.

Thanks drew, that's all I was saying, agree that you can call it a penalty, but an ejection? That's ridiculous, and for you people who disagree, just wait till it's your team and lets see what your reaction is to that garbage

you are correct but he wheylayed the guy three full strides after the ball sailed over his head incomplete and the game was 52-28 with about three min to go... No sympathy from me because it was a stupid play on his part.
Does not mean I agree with the rule but he certainly deserved the penalty flag for personal foul.
