If Bama loses to LSU and wins out afterwards they're still in unless LSU loses the SECCG.

Coach Saban owes his opportunity to coach at Alabama to Paul. Finebaum started the crap on Rich Rod's wife and caused him to not take the job opening the door for Coach Saban. I still believe Alabama administration put Finebaum up to that stuff to get Rich Rod out as they had backdoor agreement with Coach Saban

I detest these "scenario" discussions but Bama's SOS is
gonna kill them.If they lose to LSU their best win will probably be over 4 loss Auburn team...sorry they don't get in with that resume.

LSU is a traditional power. They may not be tier 1 blue blood, but they are certainly tier 2 with multiple National Championships and a large fan base. Pawl is right LSU might have a shot if they lose but Bama doesn't have the strength of schedule to pull it off this year.

Bama doesn’t need motivation. That’s what makes Saban the GOAT. He ALWAYS has them ready for important , meaningful games. IF , and that’s a big IF , Bama ever needed any motivation , LSU being ranked #1 would be all that was needed. You Tiger fans should have been pissed about that and wished it would not have happened until AFTER your make believe win @ Tuscaloosa. No win for you!

Well Bama is screwed if they lose. They would only have Auburn left and they would basically be stuck behind LSU the rest of the way. OSU, Clemson, Penn State would all jump them.

If not for non-Bama fans constantly telling me on this forum what Finebaum was saying, I would honestly have no idea.
