How much is Saban paying Finebaum, he's the biggest mouth Saban has to antagonize Alabama players and ensure they will be 110% ready to play LSU? 
This is such a big fricking game for both Alabama and LSU, no one's guaranteed anything, it's going to be a war. I wish Finebaum would shut the f#ck up!

To be fair, Bama has sustained excellence precisely because they do not depend upon “others” to drive them. They are not alone in that. But, they’ve proven to be good at the “it’s about US..not THEM” approach to playing the game for quite a while now.

I think the narrative is true for LSU, but not for Alabama due to media and committee bias towards traditional powers.
