I don't think a conference has ever had more than 5 host sites

The SEC has never had six host sites, but I definitely think this is the year it happens. The league is THAT good.

Stillwater or Hattiesburg
Stillwater would be quite a trip from anywhere in Louisiana. They'd likely get to drive the loneliest freeway in the world--the Indian Nation Turnpike from Hugo to McAlester. There used to be a McDonalds at the start of the Turnpike in Hugo that must have been the lowest grossing McDonald's anywhere (company that won the contract for all the turnpikes in OK had to build and staff a McDonalds there even though there wasn't the traffic to justify it). Not sure if it is still there (went through there about 20 years ago).

It was still there in 2006.

Don't know how Alabama would make the tourney at this point. Would love for LSU to play in Hattiesburg, that would be a blast

It's still there. Feel free to drive as fast as you'd like.

Series wins over Maryland, LSU, & Ole Miss is pretty impressive.

Geez do not want to see Vandy in a Super, send them anywhere but Coastal if that is who we get paired with.

Would definitely prefer to be paired with Coastal over NC State. Better matchup and it's also been pretty heated since the 2010 Super when they screwed us out of our ticket allotment.

It should be interesting to see which deserving SEC/ACC team(s) gets left out of the top 8 by the committee just to balance it out. It's definitely coming.

1. A&M (5) matched with Rice

jesus. Did someone at BA not notice that Rice currently has an RPI of 32?

Their resume doesn't exactly scream host. Best series win is home vs 36 RPI ECU and even went 0-3 in the HCC this year.

And also beat A&M in a midweek, but I mostly agree. No worries, Fear The Frog will beat them, and then Aggies get their revenge.

TCU is already 2-0 vs them this year. One of those was a weekend game at the Houston College Classic. The other was @ Rice for a midweek

TCU has a much better resume than Rice and the idea that they would go to Reckling as a 2 is crazy thought from BA based on current resumes. Hell just comparing records TCU is 30-12 vs Rice at 27-14. 27-14 in CUSA is a host? GTFO

Farmer find out if I can park the RV at southern Miss. TIA
When played them in football, most RVs went to Paul B Johnson State Park.

Mississippi is by far the most impressive baseball state.
