re: Who will be the QB for Bama, Auburn, UGA, MSU, and USC?

Majority of fans want true freshman McIlwain.
Sounding more and more like we may start Orth game 1 due to experience and a solid camp. I'd be surprised if McIlwain hasn't won the job by ECU in week 3 though.

Y'all were awesome last year. Terrible that this is happening again. Just saw that one of the athletic equipment trucks is headed down Saturday with supplies.
Flip Tennesee/LSU and Florida/Ole Miss.

Appreciate the heads up, Alabamaoutlaw.
Has there been any indication that he might leave within the next 5 years? By the time he does, the coaching landscape will probably look much different and there will be a new pool of up and coming coaches to pull from.
West Virginia hanging 70 on Clemson in the Orange Bowl
This is our easiest schedule in recent memory. I don't at all expect 8-4 and like I said, 6-6 would be great considering how bad things got last year. But an 8 win ceiling doesn't seem ridiculous with a more disciplined defense and a team that isn't playing half its season without a HC under a staff that knows it's gone.

There's not much to be optimistic about, but 2-10?? We lost 5 games by a touchdown or less with our coach leaving mid season and a defense that had no idea what it was doing. 6 wins should be a realistic goal but anywhere from 5-7 to 8-4 would not be shocking. I'll be happy with a bowl game and a step in the right direction.

Pretty accurate assessment. This series should be awesome except for the 100+ temps. Good luck to all - let's sweep the supers and have another SEC tourney.

Can't imagine trying to play baseball after something like that. Thoughts and prayers to everyone involved.

Hopefully this year is the exception. With A&M coming up we could really use a sweep here. Would definitely take 2/3 though given our track record up there.
Would definitely prefer to be paired with Coastal over NC State. Better matchup and it's also been pretty heated since the 2010 Super when they screwed us out of our ticket allotment.
It should be interesting to see which deserving SEC/ACC team(s) gets left out of the top 8 by the committee just to balance it out. It's definitely coming.

Having nothing to show for our best run in school history except 3 11-win seasons.

We won't be good but you obviously haven't seen our schedule.
I'll wait until the details come out before forming an opinion on the latest firing, but it does seem like it could've been handled better at the very least.

No
We'll be rotating garnet, white, and matte black helmets and switching up the uni combos way more than we did under Spurrier.
