Once the Feds uphold the SEC’s right to make it’s own rules…then what?

Maybe the SEC will be forced to actually enforce its own rules? Which it’s currently not doing?

Good luck with that. No judge is going to stop eligible 22-year old players from playing football and earning money.

Do you expect any swamp rats to be smart enough to know this goes beyond a swamp rat judge?

Sankey embarrassed the SEC today. At least admit that.

No, but it was fun to throw out there anyway.

Well, at that point IF LSU has any “professional” players on the roster they’ll have to get rid of them.

But there is a major legal issue: a federal district judge in Alabama generally doesn't have appellate authority over a federal/state judge in Louisiana. The Alabama judge can't simply declare the Louisiana judge's order invalid.
Go argue with AI dumbass

Bet that suit filed by the SEC will be tossed out in next 45 days.

They would have to have the rules and you would have to explain exactly what the definitions of a pro and amateur are.
Sankey is on legal record saying he didn’t know anything about anything. I’m paraphrasing.
Y’all rednecks are so slow yall don’t realize how bad Sankey sunk the SEC today.

That’s not the point. The point is if the SEC is granted the ability to enforce its own policy - then LSU can play them - and then be punished in whatever way the conference sees fit. Which could include getting the boot.

The irony here is that the ruling matches a ruling just made in Missouri.

And it will never happen. Congrats
