Milroe impressing people with 116 yard passing games. No wonder they are losing WR recruits. The WR coach made a great move by leaving.

8 of the ten best odds for a QB to win the Heisman will all be SEC.

My how times have changed.

Is that a qb only award now? I thought they already had an award for that. There are better football players out there than these guys but I guess their stats don’t matter.

The heisman is a joke/lazy voter award.

What’s worse is his stats are this bad with elite talent around him.

Usually average Bama QBs look great due to this but Milroe still sucked. If he was on any other team but Alabama he wouldn’t be in the Heisman discussion

Nussmeier at +2000 is not a bad $100 fun-bet at all. I watched what he did to UGA in the second half of the SECCG in 2022. Had he started the game instead of JD, that game could have gone a lot different.

Is there a way to short Milroe?

He finished 6th already. It’s not that far fetched that he would be a favorite going into 2024. It’s entirely possible he improves.

You're not wrong, but what non-QB would you put up there right now and what odds would you set for you, yourself, to put a $100 down, at this point in the year?

He put up similar numbers to Jayden Daniels last season. Many LSU fans wanted Daniels benched last season too. So there’s also that similarity. He has the ability, but I do agree he has to get smarter with the football if he wants a shot at the Heisman

When I think about the best college player the first that pops in my mind is Brock Bowers. But there’s no way in hell these dickheads will find a way to recognize that.

It’s not about the best player now, it’s another damn qb award given for statistics. It needs to be renamed as to its purpose. It’s not about the best player at all.
