There's going to be a trial and evidence presented on both sides. There was a gun present in the vehicle Ms Harris was riding in and shots were fired by someone that was in that vehicle.
Indeed someone allegedly passed that weapon to the shooter according to some accounts. What if that someone was Ms. Harris? What then?
John Talty and that ghoul Goodman don't know what happened for sure, they have tried and convicted someone that has not been charged with anything, indeed before any evidence has been presented in a court of law by anyone.
Let's say, and it could happen, that the charges are reduced, or Mr Miles walks. What then?

Will be interesting to see how the SECr handles this potential scenario when it plays out in court.
- Brandon Miller, who has dash cam video, pulled up before the victim arrived behind them.
- Brandon Miller didn't have the context of the text and didn't read it while he was going to pick up Miles.
- Brandon Miller didn't know the gun was in the car nor did he touch the gun.
- Brandon Miller showed up to pick up Miles and to get him out of the situation.
- Jamea Harris' boyfriend started shooting first.
- Brandon Miller, who has dash cam video, pulled up before the victim arrived behind them.
