You can clearly see Fairley lowering his facemask to get under Murray's helmet and cut Murray's chin pretty badly while Murray is trying to push Fairley's helmet off of his face.

Murray is smaller than the listed 6'1", 209 pounds. I would suspect he's about 6 even, 180 pounds, maybe a little bigger. Tough little SOB.

Jesus, I hate Nick Fairley. If he wasn't a piece of shite that blatantly tried to hurt opposing quarterbacks every single time he was in the backfield he would be talked about as one of the most dominant defensive lineman in the SEC this year.

The face cutting came on the late hit where he pile drove him I am pretty sure.
The face cut might actually be his worst thug move of the night. He clearly sees that Murray's helmet is partially off and then digs the mask into his face and violently rips his head up so as to snag any skin he can get with his helmet.
This is plain ridiculous of the SEC does not do something here.
