Those that have bought brand new homes. How long until carriers get your address correct?

I bought a brand new home a month ago. The subdivision is halfway complete. I've had about 20 orders that required deliveries. I'm trying to furnish my home and I'm ordering a lot of stuff online. The problem is that half of my deliveries have been to the wrong address...I'm talking about not even in the subdivision. I've disputed the deliveries. They send me a picture of my package at an old house. I'm like my home is brand new.
The culprits: FedEx and UPS
Amazon hasn't missed a delivery. I'm about to have my deliveries made to my sister's house a few miles away. How long until FedEx and UPS correct this shite?
My breaking point: I was tracking an order yesterday and noticed that it was being returned to sender due to an error with the address. I called UPS and said that the address is not wrong and to hold it. I will come pick it up. I was told that they can deliver it to the leasing office of an apartment complex 1.5 miles away for $33. I snapped and said how do you know the apartment complex is 1.5 miles away and you're saying you don't know what my address is. UPS can eat a dick.
