They were really good in college but not good enough to make a Pro team. However, had they have known they would still be eligible, they would have likely stayed in college due to NIL. Its a silly ruling, but it is what it is.
I'm rooting for Nuss, but its like some of yall don't understand how NFL preseason works. Its a joke. Most teams rest their starters and stars because they don't want to risk the injury. Preseason games are glorified scrimmages that the NFL somehow turned into meaningful games.
damn....

But like Kiffin said, they (the SEC) can't decide which court orders it wants to listen to or obey. Its all arbitrary at this point.

Seems odd they would do that unless the bottom line is heavily suffering, which maybe it is since luxury goods as a whole are down right now globall

bingo....

Seems most Rolex stores are run like car lots. Lots of independent authority within the stores.

My wife and I have found it comical when traveling to go in to stores just to see whats available these days. Some stores say they can put you on a wait list, some offer to order you exactly what you want and wait for it to come in....And when you tell the waitlist stores that other stores are offering to order you exactly what you want, they look at you like you just hit their momma, and start defending Rolex policys...

Sounds like the car business in covid if you ask me....
 I was thinking of this exact picture when I saw this post.

Agreed. I don't like it either but this is the current world of college athletics.

Like Lane said, they are going to go play somewhere, so LSU should recruit them if they can fit in.

Would you rather these dudes go back to Ole Miss and line up against LSU when we play them?

Plus, they are fake and just designed to get people to cheer louder.

But I do wish they would bring them back on the video screens. Sometimes the crowd just needs a little urging. Some actual interaction w fans and stadium.

Just flash this at certain times.

This is the first time in decades, that the LSU roster is less than 50% of Louisiana kids.

Yeah wasn't Saban's love of LSU and Louisiana was that LA had more kids per capita in NFL than any other state?

Surprised LSU is this low on the list.

damn fine gun!!!

Plan B = But if you don't want that then like you said, anything in AR platform suppressed. The stock can be moved with ease for smaller person and he can grow into. Any size that you think he can handle that the recoil won't hurt or scare him.

Plan C = a lever action 30-30 suppressed. Sweet little gun!

Getting to the point where why should they have to go to class and worry about school

This is true but the other side of this coin is the guys like the Matt Maucks who want to stay in school, dental school for example, or law school. Thats 4 years undergrad and 3-4 years post grad. At this point if someone truly wants to stay in school and get a decent degree, they should be allowed to still play football if they can handle it all.

none of the ghetto bullshite going on near LSU has anything to do with LSUs admissions standards. The fact that this culture exists at all, clearly does not give a frick about civilized society, and populates the area within walking distance of the north gate is the problem.

LSU could admit only valedictorians and this problem would be the same.

It’s a Baton Rouge problem not an LSU problem.

This right here! Although it is both their problems due to the fact that LSU sits next to the hood, and it would serve both LSU and BR well to get it under control.
Have we really come to the point in society that we would bash a former LSU coach at his death on a message board?

Death is a time to pay respects and celebrate a life lived, and then to move on. Not a time to stop and say what a jerk...

Shaq said he had hardly any money when he went to LSU

I was a youngster attending LSU basketball camps in Shaq's days. He drove up to the PMAC in an old Ford Explorer. Didn't look new at the time.

But that old movie "Blue Chips" with Shaq and Penny and Nick Nolte probably had a lot of truths to the old days of doing it. Friends of the program would loan or gift a new car, tractor, etc. to the player or their family.

I just don't understand what the outcome that JD#'s camp wanted or expected in this.

The only logical explanation is JD is going through this just to get his mom off his PR team.

I take it you haven't been out of LA much?

Go to Colorado or Arizona. The older women there look like sandpaper. That shite dries you out

This makes me irrationally mad, September is when we slay them. The people and the sharks disappear and more mangroves show up.

Agreed.

They did say they hope to open for Labor Day weekend.

And this is better than when the Feds controlled it....BUT

I have a hard time believing this...There have been only a handful of days that any boats have made it out of Cameron. Its been rough and windy most of the summer over here.

What about playing on the P.A. system, during games in Tiger Stadium, a recording of the sound of a tiger roaring?

I thought LSU already does this?

Ok....then why do we have a Ticket Exchange? Same thing.

Many posters on the OB would like a classified in that section for boats, atv, fishing gear, etc.
