lady bugs are good luck!
basketball, more than any other sport, can be re-vamped the quickest in this day and age of NIL, transfer portal, etc....

But here we are in Year 4....still waiting. :banghead:

Why? Should regular students not be able to transfer schools too or just athletes?

Regular students do transfer, but not every frickin year.

Most normal students transfer for a better education opportunity, or being closer to home, etc. But they generally do it once. Not every year.

I agree it needs some teeth to these rules. Give every athlete 1 free pass, 2nd for special circumstances, if injured or coach leaves, etc. 3rd time needs to revert back to old rules and make them sit out a year.

Ducks used to leave when snow and ice covered the fields for any extended period of time. We haven’t seen that type of cold in several years.

Like someone said above, Habitat Flats is covered in ice and holding thousands.

I've hunted OK and seen mallards flock to a pond where guides busted some ice, like moths to a flame.

They just aren't coming as far south anymore....plan and simple

I guess my other comment would be the lack of food now in north Louisiana.

Loss of farming and coastal erosion are killing Southern Louisiana. When I was growing up, most of SWLA was either rice or soybeans. Now 90% of that isn't farmed any longer.

Mine was approved in 4 days but t’m waiting to see how long it takes for the actual can to show up for pickup. I’m not sure if there’s any backend paperwork once form is approved that could slow the process.

Bought mine at local shop. Was certified Monday. Curious to see how much longer I have to wait. They said best guess was about 5-7 days.
Don't disagree. However I think Salary Cap needs to come way down! This model of paying $5MM per QB is not sustainable. No college team should cost over $10MM every year.

Personally, I think each student starter should get between $100k - $250k per year, then tier down. But it must be equal across the board amongst all schools to level the playing field. Then it becomes about the school again.

Also if playing 10 conf games, no need for Conf Championship game IMO.

Yep..LSU family. His son Chris played for 4 years for LSU as well winning the 1988 SEC championship. Prayers to the family!

This...
They had a decent shot of starting sec play 2-0 but shite the bed. I don’t see any other wins on the schedule as it stands. Sure they’ll sneak up and win a couple. But this needs to be the last year of Mc-experience.
He’s a hypocrite but he’s right.

They have to limit transfers. 1 freeby. 2nd for cause (coach leaving or injury, etc)
3rd time sit out a year, back to old rules.
had a big party at my house in LC for all of crew who didn't go to NOLA. Good times!

I car from 76 is 50 years old. That is going to be some serious maintenance. The only ones still around usually command higher $$$. Old mustang, camero, Bronco, Jeep, or f250. The only way I'd consider something that old for my own child would be a tank of an old truck.

depends on what your budget is, but don't suggest buying cheap. A decent one will last you forever.

Shimano
Waterloo
Falcon
Diawa

Search any of those in a medium action 7 foot casting version.

same. I let mine go. It was just too slow to justify keeping. However my son is now 20 and mad at em. I might try to find another place. We just spend our hunting money on guided trips.

I have several as well. The camo shirt is my go to in teal season or dove season.

But I'm glad you approve!

good job, kill em all.

Yep. Really the only way to put a dent in them versus shooting them while deer hunting, or hog hunts at night, etc.

Can you imagine having $5M in college? I don't think I'd want to keep the girlfriend, but lets not kid ourselves she had some influence on the decision.

It’s just a place a lot of people go daily so just strange.

I agree. Most of these things happen in privacy of one's own home. To do that on a bench in a public park makes it strange to me as well. I guess I'm glad that in todays world he didn't take anyone else with him (mass shooting or something). My kids walk that park regularly.
We’ve hunted more this season than in the past. It’s been spotty. I think I limited 1 time.
Killed 12 Sunday
Killed 2 Saturday.
Jr killed 6 Tuesday
4 today
