Does Georgia pass Tennessee to join Alabama?

I’m not gonna try to censor you buddy because the Supreme Court has roundly rejected prior restraint but you’re acting like a wealthy bastard that flaunts his wealth at those that are blue collar, working class. No need to do that man.

Tennessee never made the cut.

Unfortunately for other SEC teams, BAMA is so Blue they can’t make the cut.

That’s the list I’ve got, Tennessee isn’t in that class.

And even most of those schools no longer deserve a seat at the table for one reason or another.

There are 4-5 seats tops. It’s too easy to disqualify everyone outside of Bama, OU, OSU and USC. It could also be argued that Miami is more deserving, despite being Nouveau Riche...after all, isn’t it the Riche that counts?

Well nike saw it differently, and I'm sure their opinion carries more weight.

Hate Tenn just as much as the next guy, but they have won more recently than Nebraska and ND.

How much longer do teams like Auburn, LSU, UF, FSU, and Miami have to sustain solid success before they're consistently mentioned on these lists?

A blue blood should be a team who's seen as perennial contender with the right coach and it wouldn't feel like a shock if they won it all. I understand the historical nature of blue bloods, but at some point Minnesota became just another team. How much longer til Nebraska ends up there? And ND too?

A blue blood is to football as Kansas, Kentucky, Duke, and UNC are to basketball. Given that analogy, Bama, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Southern Cal are the only teams I would currently count as blue blood programs in football. At one time, you could have said the same for Nebraska and Notre Dame but it's hard to put them on that level now given recent history. Michigan is kind of with Tennessee just on the outside looking in.

It's 8, and Tennessee isn't one of them.

Alabama
Ohio State
Michigan
Notre Dame
USC
Oklahoma
Texas
Nebraska
