Yea I'd probably agree with that. I probably wouldn't call Lacy a bust - he gave Green Bay 2 great years and 1 decent year out of the 4 years of his contract (which was the 2nd round).

He's not just the highest graded rookie, he's the highest graded running back in the league, period. He's even outgaining the great Leonard Fournette
