No chance. The Baylor lawyers feel like they can pull a Texaco.

Finally a gump that gets it! We have been saying this for years, ESPN only cares about what is best for them and they will screw you in a minute for a better deal. No honor at ESPN bunch of yankee assholes!

Make sure you let all your brethren know posting porn on here is acceptable. Even encouraged.

A missed capitalization in a formal legal response. Nice ESPN.

You spend all day looking at Big 12 forums for any morsel of hope you can. It's really pathetic

ESPN looks awfully suspicious in all of this. Id love to see this actually go to court but I dont think it does.

No he doesn't.

Our board just voted for expansion. We already knew this was happening and it wouldn't be if the SEC was not getting a frick-load of money.

Admit that we are smarter than your bitch asses.

ESPN is just eaten up with conflicts of interest. They have massive contracts involving all the major players here besides OU, but they're also acting like they're just here to do some investigative reporting to keep the fans up to date on everything going on. The notion that they haven't had conversations with high level employees at other Big 12 schools is pretty naive IMO. It's just a question of what was said during those conversations and when they happened. I don't think the Big 12 is going to be able to stop Texas and OU from leaving, but the Mouse may end up taking a bath on this one. They would stand to profit immensely if the American absorbed the remnants of the Big 12 so that ESPN could try to prop them up as a new "power" conference.
