Where do you come up with this? The big 12 air raid conference with no defenses narrative doesn’t work anymore. Hell there’s not even an air raid offense left in the big 12 besides MAYBE ttech and OSU. ISU, Texas, TCU, and even Kstate have good defenses. If the big 12 had such bad defenses you wouldn’t see OU and Texas put half a hundred on teams like Alabama and UGA every time they play them.

How da fuq do you equate offenses hanging 50 (which isn’t true) with defense in the big 12?! It’s a fact that there is no defense in the big 12.

Georgia's trio of Fromm, Fields and Eason is pretty good as well.

huh?

#1- The fact that The Big 12 has shitty defenses (OU #114 of 129 teams) has nothing to do with offense.

#2- OU didn't score 50 on Alabama. I don't think Texas scored 50 on UGA.

#3- The Alabama vs OU game was never in doubt. Alabama led from the get go, the score was 31-10 at the half, and that awesome OU offense had scored one (1) touchdown. The 2nd half Alabama was on cruise control. Every time OU would score a td, Alabama would drive the field and return the score. Alabama was driving again at the end of the game.

Oh yeah, and your qb completed only 61% of his passes and Clemson proved the next game that Alabama didn't even have a very good defense last year.

In the no defense conference, though, I am sure Jalen will put up nice stats.

7. JOE BURROW, QB, LSU
- Notable: The Tigers quarterback tied an LSU single-game record with five TD passes before halftime in a blowout win over Georgia Southern, finishing 23-for-27 for 278 yards in essentially one half of football. He helped LSU score 42 of its 55 points in the first half.

Reminds me of a certain QB from last season's home opener.

Feleipe Franks threw five touchdowns passes in the first half and Florida got the Mullen era off to rousing start with a 53-6 victory against overmatched Charleston Southern on Saturday night.

(1) Not sure what that has to do with defenses in the B12

(2) 34 and 28 pts now = 50? Quite a rounding scale you use.

I guess that means Alabama put up 60 on OU. Or Alabama held OU to 18.
