“If LSU wins 8 games this year the wheels are coming off. Like, get out the riot gear and hoses coming off.”
Actually, 8-4 would be better than LSU’s historical average. Their all time winning % is .645.
So 8-4 would actually exceed that.
So no need for riot here. Fans should be happy and excited about that record.

Vols and Utrans getting artificially boosted 2 wins each from weak arse schedule

The SEC has been propped up by biased polls. Now that we have a playoff system and not a 2 team or 4 team invite playoff suddenly the SEC hasn’t even made the Natty in 2 years. I’m not shocked at all. Give it a few more years and enough playoff data will prove that the SEC dominance was all a dominance built by pollsters.

Totally understand everyone picking Texas over Georgia after Texas beat them Dawgs twice last year and won the SEC.

Bama wins 8 games this year most likely. 9 with some luck.
I know you’re a troll but name the losses.

That’s why State sucks. You get what you expect. LSU fans expect to win titles. ms State fans expect to meet some low historical average.

ESPN is to sports journalism what TLC is to an educational channel.

I'd be more worried about a recent Big 12 team taking over.
I assume you are referring to Texas? Uh, if I was anyone other than a UGA fan, yeah...I'd be worried about Texas.

Finishing in the top four of this simulation is one of the greatest accomplishments in the history of aggie athletics. Print the shirts!

It’ll be nice to see Texas underperform from their lofty projections.

I think people are sleeping on Florida. I’m assuming they still have most of their guys from last season? They slowly progressed towards the end of the season. I’d imagine they would be a very gritty team to play against this fall.

Those computers must not have heard about how much stronger South Carolina's linebackers got in the off-season.

ESPN is lazy a frick and will hire anyone with pulse. I'll give them that.

Where was State mentioned in my comment?
I simply stated a fact and added my opinion behind it. And I stand behind it. If LSU is 9-3 this year, then that should be cause for joy. As you are exceeding your historical expectation. Winning titles every year is unrealistic and will leave you perpetually disappointed. But if that is the way you want to live, more power to you.
As a State alum and fan, I expect to win football games. Historically we are a .500 program. I expect us to be better than that and if we are, I am happy.
Given the circumstances of Coach Leach’s death and then the disaster of the 2023 season, we are in a tough spot. We will be better this year. Now how that translates into wins and losses, I have no idea.

Why? You have Ryan Day. Dude is a failure and his job got saved by overspending to buy a Natty. Even you as an idiot could have pulled that off

If any SEC football program had their HC hit the dust while on the job, they'd also be fricked.
