He has always been really good. There was not apparent reason for him to be behind Brosette last year other than "Brosette waited his turn."

I think everybody thought he'd be at the bottom of the depth chart by now.

He just has great vision. He also has the benefit of open running lanes.

He is at his best in a pass first offense

He can make anyone miss in the open field. People laughed at me earlier in the year when I said he was a NFL running back.

Opportunity more than anything. He was the backup to Guice in HS.

We signed 2 legit RB’s this year.

He just plugged away. Truth is if he hadn’t been as adept at pass pro he may have lost snaps this season.

Kid just kept plugging.

You can reverse engineer any logic you want. You only had two games where Alabama had any chance to lose and it failed on both counts. Alabamas cupcake schedule renders the math useless.

I think most ppl thought he would sit behind Emery this year. Pretty sure it had a lot to do with Brosette beating him out for the #1 spot last year. Ppl assumed he wasn’t living up to the hype and wasn’t ever going to. Just a few weeks ago I saw a few fans saying he would be LSU’s first starting rb to not be drafted in quite some time.

I think that’s changed.

This is absolutely one of the weirdest obsessions I've ever dealt with on this board, especially considering (a) I've never claimed it to be more than a fun hobby and (b) it lined up with basically everything else nationally.

Weird, just weird.

Feel bad for Najee Harris because on any other day, the performance he turned in Saturday would be the talk of the CFB world. Kid is Derrick Henry size but is a legitimate threat in the passing game as well.

Both those goons will be playing for a long time

Problem is his ceiling on any run is about 30 yards. He has absolutely no ability to beat secondary guys to the endzone.

He played his arse off though and has become a really good college running back.

He was the difference in the game for LSU in the 2nd half. Those first downs were epic!

I just like messing with you about it it because its a fan of a team claiming an 'objective' analysis is predicting his teams wins. Everyone everywhere including small children could predict Bama beating everyone but Clemson and LSU. It literally got the only two matchups that matter completely wrong. Yes. I find it funny to poke ya.

Najee also played his arse off. Probably one of the more important pieces to Bama’s offense.

Just consistent as hell.

It's objective in that I take numbers and put them into a formula.

I mean, again, as I stated pretty clearly over and over, it's not even really about the final score. It's more about figuring out how the game is going to be played. The final score has a lot more to do with red zone scoring, turnovers, etc that are hard to predict. You have to try your best to figure out how to equate yards to points.

Its not about predicting the final score but you just so happen to be predicting wins for your favorite team. Sorry. I find it funny.

I'm just messing with you man. You got a little snarky with me when I challenged your method because I think it relies too much on "who did the best vs shitty team a, b, c" so I made a mental note to mess with ya once we beat that arse as I expected we would. All in good fun though.
