I'm just messing with you man. You got a little snarky with me when I challenged your method because I think it relies too much on "who did the best vs shitty team a, b, c" so I made a mental note to mess with ya once we beat that arse as I expected we would. All in good fun though.

Reminds me so much of Josh Jacobs, even down to the attitude with which they run.

I didn't think about that. probably a pretty good comparison.

Honestly most LSU fans expected Emery or TDP to be starting by now, typically giving CEH the load at first and slowly giving more carries to one of the freshmen.

Yeah, that was me. Never been happier to be so wrong. Clyde is the truth.

I think he just fits this offense perfectly.

His quick change of direction and ability to still be powerful right after he makes a move is unbelievable.

Also his side step, jump, hop, change of direction move is unreal.

Whatever you call it.

And he’s just a great guy.

Clyde has always been underrated and fantastic.

The Joe Brady offense really helped him, was perfect for his skill set.

He runs hard and has massive lower body strength.

He will play in the NFL for a long time hopefully.

Im curious how much Saturday improved his draft stock.

Great player, plays with a ton of heart.

This offense suits him much better than the previous ones. We throw to the RB a lot more, create a lot more 1 on 1 mismatches (running and receiving). He's always been a shifty guy and make 1 guy miss but it's tough for a guy like him to barrel inbetween the tackles with 7-8 guys in the box and push a pile and multiple guys out the way.

He's always lacked a little explosion, but he seems to also have a little extra burst this year, maybe not a 4.4-4.5 guy but he's pulling way more big runs this year than previous years.

He was a beast in high school

He looked great at camps

Unless you put him up against a measuring stick and then he was still 5’ 8”

Problem is his ceiling on any run is about 30 yards. He has absolutely no ability to beat secondary guys to the endzone.

He played his arse off though and has become a really good college running back.

Sounds a lot like what was said about Emmitt Smith while he was at Florida.

Last year he was lined up in the back field and ran into a brick wall constantly. This year they're mixing it up and putting him in space to create. He's really taken advantage of the new system...

I agree. He'll be a good NFL back.

He’s always been a stud. CFB fans are just weirdly obsessed with height for a RB.

He’s basically the same dimensions as Emmitt Smith but LSU fans think he’s too small for the SEC.

He has absolutely balled out against top level competition since he got to LSU.

He's always had great overall quickness and moves. His power this year in finishing runs has elevated him to elite status.

This is CEH vs Dylan Moses at a camp before college.
