Miami's offense is crap, all they run is gadget plays and dump downs, would be a waste to go there!!

To be fair, Miami did not develop him. He began his collegiate career at Incarnate Word, then spent two seasons at Washington State, before transferring to Miami and playing his senior season before getting drafted into the NFL. He was a projected first round prospect before he even played a down at Miami.

He was not projected as the first overall pick. Miami did develop him into that

Seems like Washington State has become WB development U. They’ve had a few high profile transfers.

I loathe this portal bs. The hammer of justice on that shite will swing back around and hit us all.

We should all do our best to rally against it.

You could have Knight or Brown but you weren’t getting/keeping both.

Word is brown is a DUDE

Won’t matter if he doesn’t have 10 other functional SEC-caliber guys around him or a defense to protect a lead.

Brown would be easily the most talented and game ready QB AU has had in years, not to mention already knowing the offense they plan to run.

Yeah, it’s abject chaos. There’s no professional sport without contracts for just this reason.

It’ll come for everybody eventually in that the on-field product will get more inconsistent every year.

their other losses were to the following teams:

But that’s what losers do: they lose.

I think one of the worst attitudes you can have is to think you were the key component on a team that almost won. You get all of the arrogance with none of the humility and think you’re essential for the future of the program. If that’s the attitude these guys had, then bye. They all should be making their case for why an SEC program—even one like Auburn—should keep them. Outside of Coleman, none of these guys in the portal have realistic NFL careers. Yet, we’re supposed to feel dejected and hopeless because their 5 win asses want to leave? Bye, Felicia.

AU has to sign Brown. The price doesn't matter at this point.

Just a few years ago, when they were recruits, you were singing their praises. Now they all have bad attitudes? Is there something in the water in Lee County?

Brown has all the leverage, he should demand both Knight AND Coleman's NIL bag.

You know their instagram posts are public, right? We’ve witnessed them throw shade at their own school, which paid them generously to play football.

Don't see that happening. Without an OL and receiver room, the guy will be on an island.

You're talking logic but Brown will be talking Ben Franklin's.

If this is true, why are all their good receivers leaving???

And Brown is being pursued by Miami who seems to have a track record for developing qbs

Cristobal hasn't developed anyone. He has simply rented QB's for 1 year who were already developed elsewhere. He's going to the portal every year because he and his offensive staff cannot develop a QB they actually recruited to save their lives.
