We’re not even in the SEC.
Get your talking points right.

Don't want Drink.

- He's going to be extremely expensive

- I don't think his personality and approach would fit LSU

- He doesn't run a specific unit, as far as playcalling, gameplanning, etc

- His record vs ranked teams is meh, he's done a lot of damage vs weak opponents and still only has a win percentage of like 62% at Mizzou

It's like a younger, less successful BK.

Drinkwitz might have SEC experience but his track record is mediocre at best.

I could see Drink doing this if they give him another LSU huge buyout so he can retire in 2 years when they fire him. Otherwise no

He’s just reposting @kalshi a betting site.

this is gonna happen and mizzou will still be better than lsu. you can't just throw money at coaches because they have done well somewhere else. you actually need someone that fits your school

No thank you. He's a decent coach but he shits the bed against every ranked team they play.

Why would Rhett leave SMU for Arky?
He’s a moron if he does. Bottom tier program in the hardest conference or one of the richest in the ACC?

Most Gator fans have never wanted him here. Same with LSU....fans would be very, very mad.

Few days ago Drink was the heavy betting favorite for the Florida job.

Kiffin has always been the fave for Florida, but things may have changed when the LSU job opened up. However, things changed AGAIN days later when the guvna got involved. I can totally see Kiffin to Florida, and I'd be pretty shocked if Drink was in the Top 3 on LSU's wish list. Even if he is (and I'm not convinced that he's a fit for LSU), Mizzou would match any offer to Drink. The only way he leaves is if he wants to go to a blue blood program (ie LSU), where it would be much easier to win a Natty.
