Who are the Georgia DE’s you got as your best tandem?

Jalon Walker is rapidly playing himself into the 1st round and Mykel Williams is a potential top10 pick in the '25 NFL draft. We certainly have very good DEs.

Uh... no. A few message board warriors are not an accurate representation of our fanbase. Most see this game as a coin-flip

our o-line is great at run blocking and terrible at pass blocking.

Speaking of Kentucky's O-Line...Gerald Mincey talked about the crazy pace that Kentucky's offense would be running this season, and he was spot on. They are up to 100th in CFB in offensive plays per game (62.0). That is waaaay up from the 56.1 per game they averaged last season, and brings them up to 100th (up from 133rd last season) in FBS.

For reference, here is the offensive pace of the rest of the SEC (*note...only games vs FBS opponents are included in rankings):

3. Arkansas - 81.5
6. Missouri - 78.5
8. Ole Miss - 78.0
23. Tennessee - 74.0
39. aTm - 70.5
44. Texas - 70.3
46. Oklahoma - 70.0
55. LSU - 69.0
62. South Carolina - 67.7
63. Vanderbilt - 67.5
79t. Bama - 65.0
79t. Miss St - 65.0
99. Auburn - 63.0
100. Kentucky - 62.0
126. Georgia - 57.5
127. Florida - 56.5

Note...Kentucky did run 76 plays against Georgia...which was up significantly from the games prior.

People think they suck because of the South Carolina result against UK. I think you’re going to find out that was an outlier. UK just got wrecked by SC’s edge rushers, the best tandem in the country. Bama fans are going into this game extremely confident but I think UK might be better than anyone thinks.

No one doubts Georgia

Kentucky is the same thing they've been for a decade

Here's my hyptothesis:

Kentucky = better than people think, therefore
S. Car = better than people think, therefore
LSU = better than people think

Um, it would have been better for Alabama if Georgia completely blew out UK. Talent doesn't disappear, focus does.

Shocker

So, if Bama somehow wins, that means Georgia is very overrated.

So UK couldn't handle USC's pass rush, this explains Georgia's difficulty with Kentucky, and therefore Bama is overconfident and Kentucky is is really good. Got it.

Since I am not a degenerate gambler, what happens on any football field has no effect on my peril. I can doubt UGA if I so desire. I don’t, but I can.

The most points Georgia has scored against Kentucky in LEX for the last three meetings has been 16 points.

The game the other night did not surprise me one bit. That game played there is always a dog fight to the end.

I said this early last week and got lambasted by other uga fans. Then we won by a point. Don’t tell me we didn’t look like shite though.
