Don’t lie.

You had uga at 7-5 and not winning a championship in 2017.

What did uga do? Won 13 games and the sec championship, and no, it wasn’t because of lucky bounces.

And you thought Pruitt was a better version of Kirby.

Tennessee hasn't even sniffed an SEC title in something like 23 years and we won one in 2017....but it's a dog thing?

You talking about that flea bitten hound dog?

This is an example of one of your weird takes that you think is intellectual and insightful, but it is actually nonsense that proves you are clueless.

Out of curiosity. The last time Tennessee won the SEC....how old were you?

LMAO! Its exactly what happened with LSU last year and Kirby has been in playoff hunt up until the SECCG in the 3 of his 5 seasons and it should be 4 outta 6 next season.

With an unbelievable lucky break with Clint Stoerner

But if Tennessee was going on 20 years of being that close but still a second tier program, just outside of elite?

See comment above. You were in the exact same place and you got one of the luckiest breaks in the history of lucky breaks.

20 years? Richt's recruiting was atrocious between '10 and '13.

Those 4 recruiting classes produced less NFL draft picks than 7 SEC schools and tied Missouri for the number of players drafted.

I think UGA has the pieces in place. I mean, they have enough 5* players that they could almost run an entire starting lineup of 5*'s on both sides of the ball. Just needed someone besides a walk-on midget to run the show

https://247sports.com/player/dwan-mathis-82439/

I mean, Mathis wasn't a Walk-On or a Midget. When every single QB you have on the roster (that isn't from the portal) is dogshit, maybe it's a coaching problem and not their QBs.

Fromm even regressed his last year.

The QB position is the most important position contemporaneously speaking, and Georgia has struggled to produce any QB outside of Fromm (who regressed, as stated) since Kirby arrived and Daniels only played ~half a season. If you can't develop QBs, you can't win championships -- or you're just waiting for lightning to strike and hope nothing bad happens.

If Daniels reaggravated his knee, they would be exactly in the same position.

After that it will go back to talented but too young/inexperienced/new system/coaches leave/ whatever excuses dog fans use, for the foreseeable future.

So tell us why Tennessee hasn't won anything in 20+ years? Too young? Inexperienced? No good brick layers?

You talk like winning a National Championship is easy, yet it's been 23 years since Tennessee won their last CONFERENCE championship.

You got us there, because Tennessee hasn't been that close in 23 years. And probably not going to be close for another 20+ years at the rate y'all are going.

Apparently sleeping giants are a dime a dozen these days.

If you’re not elite, you’re a sleeping giant lol

Maybe. But Florida has wasted more QB talent than they could sneeze at. If it weren't for a lucky injury to your coaches preferred QB, Florida would have still been playing Alpaca. Maybe your school isn't the best one to lecture other schools on picking QBs.

You should be smart enough to know this already, but He was a last minute offer signed as a project, then he had brain surgery soon after arriving, and then covid took spring practice away.

In no world should anyone who understands basic football think that guy should be expected to excel in the sec. Y’all got so lucky he was our QB when we met up.

This has been hashed and rehashed ad nauseum but you don't want to listen to what actually happened since you obviously built your own narrative.

BTW,have you ever explained why your QB guru HC chose to start Felipe Franks over Trask? Or why he only started when Franks got hurt?

Congrats on going 7-4 last year while getting some of the most fortunate breaks of any UF Team in recent history.

I can't wait for the WLOCP and see what your "guru" has done with Emory Jones.

Even if they don’t kick down the door this year the window isn’t closed. You are probably just getting confused with the usual UT situation. UGA has recruiting and program consistency to keep taking shots until they get one.

Would be nice for Bama to stumble one year and help out a bit...

No chance. Kirby is hiring OCs like he's the head coach of Alabama in 2008. They need a modern offense and they're no where close to having it.

Smart is not the offensive coordinator. He’s the head coach.

I suppose having a new OC & losing some potent WR talent had nothing to do with that, right? His go-to WR from 2018, Holloman was booted and Cager...who was banged up virtually the whole year became his #1 target in 2019. Holyfield left early, Nauta did as well, and although he had a raw G. Pickens & Swift at RB, his numbers went down. It happens.

That's what you were running this past season.
