I can't remember another coach at any level in the twitter era (2009ish - present) that consistently gets this much of a rise from other fanbases based on his social media activity

When he goes recruiting (or sometimes just whenever), he'll post a picture referencing where he is.

I would assume the troll is that the A&M plane isnt a jet engine for all our supposed money, but thats just my guess.
Lane is defnitely a professional troll and hits all teams but he does seem to be after A&M more often as of late. He got the win this year (barely, and was their only one since mid October) so he gets the bragging rights.

A&M owns several planes and has the use of several more owned by donors. They are not just used for sports. It could be there for any number of reasons.

Jimbo took a shot at Lane in addition to Saban. Lane has definitely had it out for Jimbo. Petty spat. I enjoy seeing him needle Jimbo though.
