If our record over the previous 9 games was 1-8, I'd only focus on that too. Fortunately we've never had such a massive losing streak. To anyone.

Overrated in what sense? Say what you want about the guy but look at what he put together and look at what they accomplished. No one, not even a number of LSU fans. saw that coming. I call that underrated.

Why and how would you measure/conclude orgeron is overrated...overrated at what? Great recruiter. Motivator. Has pulled together a great staff. Made a very important decision. Going to the spread RPO...hired the right guy.. let’s coordinators don’t their job..

How many schools are there that would trade their coach and situation for Coach O's and LSU's? I'd guess just about anyone other than Clemson and Alabama. Maybe Ohio St.
The cheerleading and enthusiasm O brings isn't just an overabundance of personality, it inspires his players. The goal is success. Who cares how the success is achieved? Maybe coach O is bad at the Xs and Os as I hear claimed on here so often, but why does that matter? if he can hire someone else who is good at that, it just frees him to do what he is good at - recruiting and motivating. And damn is he good at that.

He's been living off of LSU writing blank checks for assistants. Let's see how he does when the assistant talent drops off. LSU would be smart to take the OC and DC hiring and game plan decisions out of his hands.
